It is a place that you can only enter if you are a relative or friend of a member.<\/p>Very few visitors are given the opportunity of entering a gastronomic society and cooking and dining there. Doing a \u201cpintxo\u201d route with 2 or 3 people is not the same as going with your group of friends. The atmosphere, conversation\u2026 your group of friends is something one can\u2019t and doesn\u2019t want to escape from.<\/p>\n<p>We will then arrive at the oldest Gastronomic Society in the Basque Country, where people such as Berasategui or Txillida were members. In the atmosphere of the society, we will cook typical dishes with one of the members and a chef.
