a technical perspective and with a hands-on approach, guided by Juan Mari Iriarte from Ekhi chocolates, for a unique and highly entertaining learning experience.<\/p><p>Our journey will take in the origins of cacao and the history of chocolate, the myths and legends surrounding this amazing world, and the wonderful dance with chocolate as we learn to temper our chocolate in the traditional artisanal way, with just a marble slab and some spatulas.
