Eating and good conversation
Today we will learn about culture from the inside. We like to share this culture with those that visit us around a good meal. This is why we suggest getting together with our “cuadrilla” (group of friends) and visit a gastronomic society, known as a “txoko” or “elkartea”. It is a place that you can only enter if you are a relative or friend of a member.
Very few visitors are given the opportunity of entering a gastronomic society and cooking and dining there. If you really enjoy eating and good conversation, this is your experience without a doubt.
