Rediscovering and enjoying chocolate
We will learn about and gain an insight into the world of chocolate from a technical perspective and with a hands-on approach, guided by Juan Mari Iriarte from Ekhi chocolates, for a unique and highly entertaining learning experience.
Our journey will take in the origins of cacao and the history of chocolate, the myths and legends surrounding this amazing world, and the wonderful dance with chocolate as we learn to temper our chocolate in the traditional artisanal way, with just a marble slab and some spatulas. Let the dance begin!
We will learn how to make our own bonbons and chocolate bars using completely artisanal methods.
